Bondar Junto Junto is Bondar’s fresh and energetic take on a Mediterranean-style red blend. Built around Grenache and supported by Mataro, Shiraz and Counoise, the wine focuses on drinkability, balance and vibrant fruit rather than weight. The blend is carefully shaped to preserve freshness. Grenache brings bright red fruit and perfume, Mataro adds spice and structure, Shiraz contributes depth, while Counoise lifts the wine with freshness and elegance. Early picking and partial whole bunch fermentation give the wine its lively tension and herbal edge. The result is a medium-bodied red with texture and savoury complexity while remaining approachable and easy to drink. This is a relaxed but seriously well-made wine.
