Olive Tree Hill is Bannockburn’s oldest Pinot Noir vineyard, planted in 1976. With nearly five decades of vine age, this site produces fruit of remarkable concentration, structure and depth. This wine reflects that maturity. Low yields and small berries deliver intensity, while careful winemaking allows the vineyard to speak clearly. The result is a Pinot Noir with both power and composure, showing the full expression of old vines. Fermented with a focus on purity and matured in French oak, the wine develops texture and complexity without losing its sense of balance.
