Much like a knee wrap, the wearer can choose how they are wrapped to what suits them. With a 4″ velcro pull tab to make sure they are closed tight. Team Industry elbow wraps are designed specifically for heavy pressing movements like bench press and shoulder press, when a low rep high weight is targeted.
