Tri CLAMP FERRULEs & BLANK CAPS Tri Clamp (Tri Clover) Unions are made up of two tri-clamp Ferrules which are compressed together using our Hygienic Clamps and gaskets which provides a tight, smooth Joint. All Tri Clamp ferrules are produced from forgings, our standard OD/ID finish is <0.8Ra. Forgings provide greater strength, improved weldability and better surface finish. Tri Clamps and Tri Clover Ferrules are available with lengths of 12.7mm, 21.5mm, 28.6mm, 38.1mm and 50.8mm to suit OD Tube, Sch5, Sch10, Sch40 pipe as well as DIN 11851, ISO and Metric tubes Size Range: DN8 OD – DN300 OD Ferrule Lengths: Ferrules stocked in 21.5mm, 28.6mm, lengths. Specification: Ferrules manufactured to ISO. Material: Available in AISI 304 (1.4301) and 316L (1.4404) stainless steel. Internal Finish: OD/ID finish is <0.8Ra Gasket Material: EPDM, PTFE, Viton and Silicone.
